I was able to compile this on Ubuntu 20.04

I had to remove all half float, it will not compile.
I had to change a few minor things.
I will later fix the half float.

If anyone interested I have better build instruction now using cuda 10.2/gcc8. you will probably need to change the source so it doesn't build half float by using CUDA_HALF_TENSOR.
