Editing an Interest needs an agreement among Members. --> Self Governance
Plugin - to allow different mechanics.
As a member of an interest I want to change a description, or remove a wiki page, ban a member, ... - and to perform the action I need an agreement.
Certain actions (changes) can have a voting limit (30% of members need to (dis-)agree). Examples
ban a member: 75%
change description: 15%
remove wiki page: 50%
A member creates a discussion and argues for the action to perform. The activity feed shows this to all members. Voting starts...
Members can add other options with different outcome (activity).
Every Member can vote.
Members can optionally select another trusted member to follow automatically with voting. --> Delegation of trust.
The delegation can be changed anytime.
This way a member becomes more passive about decisions. Others more active.
Members can see the voting power of every member.
Certain actions can be performed directly by top 3 (Or 10) Trusted Members. --> Moderators.
The settings for actions and their voting limits and direct moderation is also subject to change by this decision process.
