Topgrade has a cli option to set a environment variable before executing the underlying commands, which seems to work in your case Approach 2 is not implemented |

Yes, --cli will work (not sure why this exists when you can just run PATH=blah topgrade, for Windows?), however I was looking for a config file based solution, not something where I have to write a shell wrapper. Thanks. Jeff |

I have a personal bin directory that has some commands that conflict with commands that topgrade expects. There are two ways I could see to address this, are either of them implemented?
A config command that allows manipulation of the PATH environment variable before topgrade reads it.
The ability to specify the full path of a command to run for any step:
