Project Owner is not able to see the project in Direct Platform #449

If the direct project status is "completed" then the project owner is not able to see the project in Direct Platform.

For eg: I have changed the stage of this project https://www.topcoder.com/direct/editProject.action?formData.projectId=17071 from completed to active to make it visible to all project owners.

@skyhit Please check and resolve.

@ajefts @JayaDhaka not sure about the problem, can you explain a bit more.

For example,
we can see all completed projects at https://www.topcoder.com/direct/allProjects.action, and click the project link, I can view https://www.topcoder.com/direct/projectOverview.action?formData.projectId=4411
