Add support for the new TAP feature.

Necessary features:

  • Create TAP
  • Edit TAP
  • Delete TAP

Create / Edit TAP

  • add new audio files (tafs, mp3, ...) --> upload + url?
  • add existing audio files --> select
  • add other TAPs? (Merge TAP) --> select
  • remove entries
  • reorder entries
