I created an automation in Nest Manager to set my Nest thermostats in ECO mode when any door or window is opened for 3 minutes and turn it back to normal mode after all doors and windows were closed for 3 minutes. This was working well at 2 different locations, but, in early January, one location stopped working and, about a week ago, the 2nd location stopped working. I still get the notifications that the Nest has been set to ECO and/or set back to normal mode, however, it doesn't actually perform the function on my Nest thermostats. Any help diagnosing this would be appreciated.

Mobile App Version:
Expected Behavior
The Nest thermostats should be set to ECO mode when any door or window is opened for 3 minutes. It should be revert back to the normal mode when all doors and windows are closed for 3 minutes.
Current Behavior
I receive a notification that the Nest thermostat(s) have been set to ECO mode and which door or window has been opened for 3 minutes, but the thermostat(s) are not actually set to ECO. Likewise, I receive a notification that the thermostat(s) have been restored to the normal mode since all contacts have been closed for 3 minutes, but it doesn't change actually change the thermostat.
Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)
Context
I can't rely on Nest manager to automatically set my thermostat to ECO mode if someone leaves a door or window open.
