Customizing fan control speeds?

Hi all!

I've got an Inovelli Red series Fan/Light controller that supports 5 different speeds in Hubitat: off, low, medium-low, medium, medium-high, and high

Is there a way to set what values the Homebridge app sends from HomeKit to Hubitat when the fan control slider is moved from step to step?

For clarity, the fan is configured in the Homebridge config as a 3-speed fan.

I can see in the driver file that the fan speeds being expected are:
low: 33
medium-low, medium, medium-high: 66
high: 99

Here's what the Homebridge logs show as I increase the fan from step 1 (33%) to 2 (66%) to 3 (100%) in HomeKit: you can see it sort of ping pongs around the medium setting. Low is never set to low, Medium bounces until it hits 0, and High works fine. Very strange.

If I manually set the values of low, medium, or high via Alexa or the Hubitat UI directly, it's fine. So something is wacky with how HomeKit is sending these values via Homebridge.
