The ARM64 docker image is not work, the reason could be the library not compatible with Ubuntu 22

Error message

TonlibWorker #000 failed to init and sync tonlib: /lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.32' not found (required by /usr/local/lib/python3.8/dist-packages/pytonlib/distlib/linux/libtonlibjson.aarch64.so)
