Summary Profile; try to put an introduction about your professional experience as well as the length of your experience. In your case, try to highlight your work exposure (work background) and academic background.

Context

I know. I know. The phrase “Developer Tools" (DevTools for short) seems pretty specific for who the intended user should be. You may be saying, “These are tools for developers. I'm a [insert job title here]. Why would I possibly need to know how to use this?"

While DevTools is a standard feature that has been built into Google Chrome to allow website, software, and application developers to understand what's going on in the browser, these same tools can be powerful instruments for you as well. Even though I believe DevTools should be standard curriculum for all individuals who interact with the internet, I'm writing this article for non-technical individuals (i.e. sales, account management, customer support, marketing, etc.) who work at technology companies.

I believe acquiring an applicable knowledge of DevTools is very important for people employed in these roles because being able to dissect and understand the "behind-the- scene" workings of a webpage (whether it be a customer's, or your own) will greatly increase the value you contribute to the organization as a whole.

Just think, if you're a salesperson and had the ability to show a prospective customer exactly why they need to improve their mobile website, would you consistently leverage that tool in order to close each deal? Also, in customer support, your customers rely on you to be a subject matter expert regarding their website and software. It behooves you to learn the tools that could best help you identify and report bugs in order to retain their business.

In short, DevTools provides a fantastic insight into how a webpage is built, what types of resources are being loaded on the page, if any errors are occurring, and how its elements are interacting with the networks of servers that helped deliver the webpage to your browser. I believe if your company offers any kind of product that is integrated with the internet (which is becoming more popular with the Internet of Things), you HAVE to be able to use DevTools – even if at a basic level.

Note: FireFox and Internet Explorer also have their own developer tools. I'm focusing on Google Chrome because it currently has the most users of the major web-browsers [source]
