Summary

Keeping the TON wallet guide updated with the latest highload wallet version is essential to ensure developers deliver the best quality work with the most relevant tools. The highload wallet v3 comes with improvements and features that are helpful to describe in detail.

Context

The current Wallet Guide on https://docs.ton.org/develop/smart-contracts/tutorials/wallet lacks references to the highload wallet v3.
