The file gcc-linaro-aarch64-none-elf-4.9-2014.09_linux.tar.xz can not be found on the server.

For now placing an archive like https://releases.linaro.org/archive/14.04/components/toolchain/binaries/ solves the problem. Linaro obviously changed their URL structure.
