Once again the awesomeness of this software is wonderful. Thank you for your time and... creating this community.
Is PPP-Kinematic more noisy than PPP-Static because (page 164 of the RTKLIB manual) -> the location is reset to the initial guess at every epoch?
With Static the previous location is used to calculate a new location based on a GNSS observation.
With Kinematic; the location, from the very start of the process, is used to calculate a new location based on a GNSS observation.
What this means is the carrier-phase bias states are not carried forward when positioning in PPP-Kinematic mode.
Is this right?
So while both solutions will give an epoch by epoch coordinate value; Kinematic will be noisier because the bias has not been filtered?
