My sense is this you might want to represent these details in more-than-just-an issue. I'm not sure as an issue this is "actionable" and as things will be changing keeping this up to date will be tricky. Even a project board just for collaborations with cards for people's avail (that they are responsible for updating) might be better?

This is just the minimal set up so I don't lose track for now. Let's set up a better process in November?
