trying to run but it's not work

git clone https://github.com/tomastrajan/angular-ngrx-material-starter.git new-project
cd new-project
npm install
npm start
and then I get error

ERROR in Cannot use 'in' operator to search for 'base10Value' in null

I got the same error. I upgraded to 9.1 @angular and the issue has gone.
