what are the main pieces that are subject to bus factor currently?

• hosting
• dns / domain names
• adding new members to toltec
• github admin access
• ???

I'm not worried about github stuff since it's easy to stand up a new repo, but if we lose server or dns, it's more work to fix it / migrate away and still keep a smooth experience for end users. but it's still doable as long as we prepare for it ahead of time.

I've been given github admin access, and we have added one new totec maintainer.

Hosting/dns are still a concern, as well as throughput on getting PRs merged.
