The code subfolder still requires some changes to be fully operational for Windows:

requirements.txt contains the list of required libraries
animations are compatible and working
TODO
static plots code in visualisations/images need changes to be compatible
remove the raw files from the upload, only pickles should be accessible
check all notebooks and modules accordingly
