Temperature and fans speed control #26

Please implement the display of temperature and fans speed, as well as control over them, such as in claymore.

Run these to get fan speed % and temps from ROCM, though they are'nt intergrated into the miner.

sudo -i cd /usr/src/ git clone https://github.com/RadeonOpenCompute/ROC-smi.git ln -s /usr/src/ROC-smi/rocm-smi /usr/sbin/rocm-smi
