How can I have a common code block executed before all templates in a folder (à la _ViewStart.cshtml)?

I tried to override FileSystemRazorProject.GetImportsAsync; however the underlying Microsoft Razor libs seem to be taking just the directives from the imported files, but it doesn't insert the code blocks, which I would need.
