Hi, when I start this up the lefthand menu is empty (section headers ADMINISTRATIVE, PERSONAL, DEVELOPER).

I'm running it inside a container on port 8081 but I've done the necessary forwarding so I have CSS+images loaded.

Hmm seems I need to set some openid.connect.endpoints flags. It could be useful to mention in the default sample README that you need to do this, I was expecting the defaults to mimic the mitreid sample webapp. Maybe enable all the api endpoints in the sample/default/resources/application.yml
