course-restore without enrolment methods

Hello Tomasz,
We are using Moosh on a proof-of-concept site in preparation for upgrading and updating our LMS. So far, it's been great to work with, thank you!

We are trying to back up courses from an older site and restore on our POC, This mostly works but for courses with "ELIS Program Manager Enrolments" as an enrolment method. We have zero enrollees using this method but moosh gives us an error:
Enrol plugin 'elis' data can not be restored because it is not enabled, consider restoring without enrolment methods

Is there a way to restore all enrolments as manual using moosh course-restore? Thanks in advance for any guidance you can offer!
