Rebrand extension

Template is being rebranded to tmplat. We need to ensure that this rebranding is cascaded throughout the extension (as well as the Chrome Web Store). The following needs to be done:

• Rename "Template" as "tmplat"
• Replace all references to template-extension.org with tmplat.com
• Replace all references to template.uservoice.com with tmplat.uservoice.com
• Use new branding assets (see tmplat-branding)
• Redesign options page (see tmplat-branding)

More changes may be required. It's been a long time since I really dug into the code.

The last point may be invalid as we may well be conforming to Google's minimal options page/view design as part of v2 since they're planning on removing support for standalone options pages.
