Switch Port Config Converter

This tool converts ports from show config to other ports and will take over all config from the old ports.

Description

This is not a simple script, these are web scripts that need to be placed on a webserver, capable of running python and present the output on a webpage.

Files

  • index.php This is the start page, where you can paste the config in.
  • configconvert.py This is the next page where you will see all ports with their features. You can insert the new ports and submit.
  • newconfig.py This is the script presenting you with the final config
  • icons/* icon files for features

Requirements

Firmware: Webserver/python

Features

  • This script is run on a PC with a webserver capable of running php and python.

How to use

  • Copy the files to a webserver directory and load this in a browser
  • Download the .tgz file to make this easier. cfgconvert.tgz
