Witness based reorientation of relation mapper graph #210

A user can choose a witness and the relation mapper will lay out the graph so the nodes of that witness are horizontally aligned.

(Maybe set GraphViz weight of edges of witness preferred higher than all other edges, GraphViz should put the related nodes on one line.)
