googletagmanager error in console when using SE #264

When using Student Explorer if you open and look at the browser console there's an error. Should fix this.

GET https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtag/js?id=UA-120370966-1 net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT
