Not require redis dependencies if not configured to use redis #61

Is it possible to either

  1. make the pip install automatically include the package below or
  2. not require it be installed if not using redis?

This error comes from a

python3 -m pip install -U setuptools_rust
python3 setup.py install

but it does not work out of the box as seen below

Hey, coming back to this now... I seem to remember you and I had an issue with this earlier in a CentOS / Fedora container. Can you help me replicate this with your environment?
