Hoping this app can be updated to use gnuradio 3.8.1
I'm using Kubuntu 20.04 Amd64, though I wish to transition to a RaspPi. Trying to downgrade to 3.7.2 (or any 3.7) creates "dependency hell". Tried to decipher error messages and debug messages; wound up installing lots of libraries, but still getting error messages.
I may need the gr-reveng executable as well- I have an old LaCrosse TX28U-IT. The base station kept dropping the sensor. I bought a new La Crosse Technology WS-9230U-IT-INT w/ TX50U, but it also keeps dropping the signal. I am able, with a Nooelec R820T, to detect the TX28U, using the command:
rtl_433 -d 0 -f 915m -R 8 -w remote.txt
and seeing gibberish in the text file, but different gibberish at regular intervals.
My intent is to place a SDR receiver close by and simply serve a web page I can access from my cellphone no matter where I am.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
