What Is Your Expect

在当前 tKeel 设计中，插件为 chart 安装完成后的 release，插件名即为 chart 的 release 名称，和存储在 tKeel 的插件结构中的 ID 对应，同时也是 Keel 路由的基础，这个地方考虑将 插件 ID 调整为 uuid 并将 release 名称和 path 的 ID 分离。
