Serial and baud speed

The documentation is great. One thing might be helpful to add is that to communicate with the board one should connect it to USB, find out serial interface and that device will auto-negotiate baud speed.

EDIT: chrome serial works great with it. For non wireless pipicos, it would be nice to have a selfhosted javascript page with nice GUI to display and make config changes.
