[FEATURE] hash 搜索子key 缺少【完全匹配】功能 #345

当前使用 hscan 模糊搜索来实现，但是如果 hash key 是一个超大的 key（千万级、亿级等），会导致搜索子key变得异常缓慢，如果能支持类似于左侧主key界面的【完全匹配】，使用 hget 则会好很多
