Script running once then crashing

Hello,

I've recently implemented this script to pull from my Libre 3 to nightscout for Loop. However, the app runs once then crashes, and runs again about 10-13 minutes later. I'm hosting on Heroku and have tried various values for LINK_UP_TIME_INTERVAL between 1-5 but still get this behavior where it pulls every 10-13 minutes. I've attached a screenshot of the Heroku logs. Any suggestions?
