Is there a way to create an admin backend for the project to submit articles in MDX format？

I don't want to git commit to GitHub and deploy to Vercel every time I add and publish a new article. Is there a way to create an admin backend for the project to submit articles in MDX format, automatically update the sitemap, and upload images to Cloudflare R2?
