Hi, you can download my other extension chatgpt-vscode to use gpt-turbo. In my opinion it is actually superior to this one because it supports streaming the response word by word like on the web version (but it only supports that one model, so you can't switch between several on the fly like here).

I am still debating whether to include that model here as well since the API is completely different so this would require practically rebuilding the whole thing, but because the official API doesn't support streaming by itself, it would be worse than the extension mentioned above (apart from having all the models in one place).
