TeconMoon's WiiVC Injector 3.0.1 mod 2

版本说明（v3.0.1 mod 2）：
1.新功能：加入多语言支持，程序默认语言仍然是英文，只要将对应的语言文件起名为language.lang放置在程序同一目录下即可使用。可以通过命令行参数-langtemplate在程序同目录下生成对应的英文语言模板文件language.lang，格式为ini。直接修改此文件即可完成各种语言的翻译。
*随此版本附带了简体中文的语言文件：Simplified.Chinese.Language.File.rar，直接解压到程序同目录即可使用。

English version
Release Note(v3.0.1 mod 2):
1.New feature: Add multi language support by using a language file named 'language.lang' in at the same dir of the app. Use command line arg '-langtemplate' to create a language template file named 'language.lang' at same dir of the app. It's a ini format file and contains the English translation, you can edit it directly to complete the translation for the other languages.
*This release contains a Simplified Chinese language file as an example: Simplified.Chinese.Language.File.rar. You can use it by extracting it to the same dir of the app.

1.说明：这个程序修改自TeconMoon在GBATemp发布的TeconMoon's WiiVC Injector 3.0.1，非常感谢TeconMoon做出的贡献与对源码的分享。原发布地址：https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-wiivc-injector-script-gc-wii-homebrew-support.483577/。
2.新功能：为了所有和我一样的懒人：现在程序支持一键生成所有打包需要的图片，选择游戏后点击主界面上的“Generate images by game name”按钮即可。背景图片修改自Cucholix仓库中的模板（非常感谢）。
3. Bug修改：更好地支持内置游戏名称包含非utf8字符或超过2字节utf8字符的游戏镜像文件，特别是一些简中汉化的游戏镜像。
4. 改变/增强：在选择游戏镜像后，自动将打包名称（在wii中显示的游戏名）中的简体中文转换为繁体中文，防止wiiu对简中支持不好显示缺字。

1. First release introduction: This program is modified from TeconMoon's WiiVC Injector 3.0.1 which is created by TeconMoon(GBAtemp.net) originally. 2. New feature: For all lazy people like me: generate all necessary images based on game name automatically by one click("Generate images by game name" button in UI). The background images are modified from the templates at Cucholix's repo, many thanks.
3. Bug fixes: Better support for the game images which contain non-utf8 characters or utf8 characters bigger than 2 bytes in their internal game names. Especially optimized for Simplified Chinese.
4. Change/Enhancement: Convert Simplified Chinese packed title to Traditional Chinese automatically after selecting a game image file, this will avoid probably missing characters at wii u consolo.
