Optimize ConfiguredAsyncEnumerable<T>.Enumerator

MoveNextAsync and DisposeAsync currently return Promise(<bool>). They can be optimized by returning ConfiguredPromiseAwaiter(Void/<bool>) instead.

This is a binary breaking change, so it will need to be done in a major version update.
