Color Picker does not Update when Pasting into Hex Field

Describe the bug
Pasting a hex value into the hex field does not update the color in the color picker.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click a color in the palette to select a color.
2. Paste a hex color into the hex field.
3. Notice that the color does not update in the rest of the color picker

Expected behavior
Pasting a value into the hex field should update the color just like typing in the hex field does.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: MacOS 11.0.1
• Browser Chrome 87.0.4280.67

Additional context
Pasting a second time does cause the color to change.
