profile / models / YumPrivacySetting.php translation issue #183

I found the following issue on profile / models / YumPrivacySetting.php

'log_profile_visits' => Yum::t('Profilbesuche preisgeben'),

the translation is not in english so it appear incorrectly.

Could be like: 'log_profile_visits' => Yum::t('Disclose profile on visit'),
also need to add the value on the translation table.
