对thrift include语句进行适配 #4

include语句生成的ts文件都在同一级，没有之前的文件夹结构，导致import语句失效；找不到其他引入的文件；如下：

include 'props/Base.thrift'

'''

生成的文件：
'''
import * as Base from './props/BaseService';
'''
