Enhancement: continue to count time after time ended

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Cook timer - 0.92 (Portable apps.com, Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

What I will like to see:
1. The time is is configured and I start the countdown
2. The countdown ends (gets to zero seconds)
3. The timer continues counting, until I press "stop" button.

the advantages of this feature (can be enable by another option) is that we can 
control the time that was passed since the time ended.
