Weird graphic on some levels [Opera 44/Mac]

I'm using Opera 44 on Mac

After the first few levels, I started seeing this weird water graphic on the intended answer:

When I type in the correct answer, the graphic becomes smooth:

It works fine on Firefox though. This could be a browser bug, just wanted to highlight it here and get some more information

Chrome 58 on Mac having the same issue here. Extra information: if I open the console, sometimes the graphic becomes normal the moment I close it.

Chrome Version 57.0.2987.133 (64-bit) has the same issue, opening the console resolves the issue, but when I close the console it goes back to being glitchy.

Like @Leopoldthecoder, this does not happen on Firefox
