Lux theme tabs with no border

At line 11779 there is a css root class which set the border with variable to 0. Tabs apper then without any border. The example page for lux show borders, so this must be wrong.

Can you show me a demo on something like Codepen or jsFiddle showing it isn't working as intended?

I tried it on jsfiddle, but it works there, because the specific line is not in the CSS file. I use the file from the dist\lux folder.
