Purpose of this repository

I was wondering about the purpose of this repository. To my knowledge, it is very similar to the UI project for thingsboard.

I believe it's intent is to allow people to develop Widgets easier (don't need to pull in the full thingsboard repo) and I am assuming they keep all the dependency versions (in package.json) synced up with the full thingsboard repo.

I think if they do #5 this repo would make more sense to people and they could refer people to this repo in the "Advanced Widgets" section of the documentation.
