Getting TFUELs for the smart contract sandbox

I am interested in testing some smart contracts on THETA.tv but have no luck so far to get TFUELs for that purpose.

It is stated in the official document:

just email your wallet address to [email protected] and we’ll send you 100 TFUEL on the Smart Contract testnet

But I only received an automatic response email so far, and there is still no TFUEL in my wallets on any of the following pages:

• Smart contract sandbox
• Testnet
• Testnet (Sapphire)

I also tried to click the buttons "receive" -> "faucet" inside the wallet page, but it did not work for me either.

Have anyone here succeed to get testnet TFUELs? How long was your waiting time? Do we need to provide the source code of the smart contract (or something like that) to be approved for test purposes?
