Describe the Feature

Default to open and fixed on desktop. Default to closed in mobile, with toggle button (hamburger) option to toggle sidebar. Maybe have an option to make sidebar collapsible in desktop.

Suggested Solution

Might need to introduce an additional component to handle the associated content.
