David, hate to even mention this, but I've been using this so long, I would love to see it ported to GIT-Notify. Might be willing to do it myself if no one else has come up with something (I saw a Ruby solution, but would prefer not to load it onto production machines).

Don't think I will get to this. I have been pretty satisfied with the commit logs on GitHub and other sites, so that I have not been Jonesing for the SVN::Notify emails. Closest I expect to come is this blog post. Maybe you can take some of the ideas there and run with it?
