Adding Documentation

Since we are nearly finished with the Bank API requests, we should start looking at documenting them.

There is Kotlin's Dokka that we could use which allows us to automate the documentation by generating markdown or html like the Kotlin's official documentation.

Open to any other options but the less manual documentation we have to do, the better!
