Implement a find/search feature

Currently there is no way to quickly search through the name database. This can make it annoying to locate a specific name by address, name, comment, etc. As it is right now, it tends to be faster to open a database in a text editor and perform a find operation to locate the potential desired entry.

At bare minimum a Find/Search feature should have:

• Menu bar button to open
• Find in specified column for string
• Look for exact or partial match
• Jumps selection to found/next found result

Additional features could include:

• Keybind (Ctrl+F) to open
• Filters name list to only matches
• Selects all matches
• Support regex
