Issues with circumflex accent for letters: ĥ and ĵ #20

I see issues with the lowercase characters ĥ (h-with-circumflex 0125) and ĵ (j-with-circumflex 0135).

With the ĥ, the accent mark overlaps the ascender. Because of the narrowness of this character, I recommend raising the position of the circumflex, treating the ĥ as if it were an uppercase character. (See how this is handled in Arial.)

With the ĵ, the dot (tittle?) should be removed. It should be completely replaced by the circumflex.
