How to show scVelo plot in RStudio (reticulate)

I am trying to use RStudio to run scVelo tutorial code below.

scv.settings.verbosity = 3  # show errors(0), warnings(1), info(2), hints(3)
scv.settings.presenter_view = True  # set max width size for presenter view
scv.set_figure_params('scvelo')

scv.pl.proportions(adata)

RStudio provide way to show the Python matplotlib plot in their plot panel.

But I encounter this error.

How can I resolve the issue?

This code (non scVelo) works fine in RStudio:
