Adaptation of velocyto and scVelo

Thanks for this tool, team theislab.

I'm trying to adapt the loom file that I created in R with tool singlecellexperiment and loomexperiment to scVelo, and I found that the dataset likes :

AnnData object with n_obs × n_vars = 28492 × 15224
obs: 'Leiden', 'Multilevel_refinement_Louvain', 'Original_Louvain', 'Phase', 'SLM', 'age', 'colnames', 'condition', 'group', 'ident', 'integrated_snn_res.0.8', 'lineage', 'nCount_RNA', 'nCount_spanning', 'nCount_spliced', 'nCount_unspliced', 'nFeature_RNA', 'nFeature_spanning', 'nFeature_spliced', 'nFeature_unspliced', 'orig.ident', 'percent.mt', 'seurat_clusters'
var: 'rownames'
obsm: 'colnames_factor'
layers: 'logcounts'

and clearly it wouldn't work as long as our data spliced, unspliced is not in layers, so I'm wondering if there is any way I could move my data from obs to layers? Or should I figure it out thought the R object that I created?
