Running scvelo in a python script

Hello! I was wondering if you have some advice regarding running scvelo in a python script, not a notebook.

I need to apply the pipeline over multiple combinations of samples, hence running a script is more convenient for me than a notebook.

However, I am stuck with errors when reaching the point of calculating the velocity_graph.

The reason behind that is, most probably, related to the progress bar that is nicely displayed on the notebook, but raises errors in the terminal.
I noticed in the code that there is a parameter to enable this option or not, but I don't really see a way to disable this option.

Any suggestion on how to approach this issue is more than welcome.
